The first game was a 110-95 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on November 25th, 2017 at Oracle Arena in Oakland. Green scored 6 points in 26 minutes, adding 8 assists and 7 rebounds in the Warriors commanding victory. In Green’s second game wearing these shoes, a 96-81 loss to the Denver nuggets on December 23rd, the former Spartan scored 10 points, with 6 dimes, 5 rebounds, 2 steals, and two blocks for the Warriors.
Green wore these shoes for a third time during the Warriors 141-128 win over the Memphis Grizzlies at Oracle Arena on December 30th. Green played 10 minutes in this game, scoring 3 points and contributing 5 assists, before he was ejected after picking up two technical fouls in under a minute. Green’s final game in these shoes came on January 27th, during the Warriors home game against the Boston Celtics. The Dubs won this game 109-105 behind Green’s 15-point, 11-rebound double-double.
