1999 saw Robin Ventura moving to the New York Mets where his bat helped lead the team to several post-seasons. That first year in New York Ventura hit .301 with 32 homers and 120 RBIs. The Adirondack RV23 model bat shows good use and is un-cracked. There are many ball marks and bat rack paint streaks on the barrel. The lower handle has been taped to enhance the grip and the Mets slugger has signed the barrel in strong black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13738) for the game use and a COA from PSA (AE55805) for the signature.
