Offered here are two circa 1940’s Boston Red Sox team signed baseballs originating from the personal collection of Red Sox Hall of Famer Bobby Doerr. The first baseball, a Reach Official League ball, features the signatures of Ted Williams and Jack Kramer on the sweet spot. Other signatures include The Hall of Famers Doerr, Kiki Cuyler, and Joe McCarthy, as well as Tommy O’Brien, Dom DiMaggio, Earl Johnson, Tex Hughson, Merl Combs, Bill Goodman, Johnny Pesky, Al Zarilla, Ellis Kinder, Vern Stephens, Mel Parnell, Chuck Stobbs, Frank Quinn, and Babe Martin. The signatures have been written in black pen.

The second ball, a Reach Regulation baseball, has been signed by Bill Johnson and George Metkovich on the sweet spot. Other signautres include the Hall of Famers Doerr and Joe Cronin, as well as Jim Tabor, George Woods, Frank Barrett, Larry Woodall, Leon Culberson, Jim Bucher, Pete Fox, Clem Hausmann, Joe Bowman, Tommy McBride, Hal Wagner, Tex Hughson, Bill Burwell, Lou Finney, Emmett O’Neill, Skeeter Newsome, Roy Partee, Mike Ryba, and Frank Shellenback. The signatures have been written in blue pen. These baseballs come with a LOA from the Doerr family. This entire lot has been pre-certified by PSA/DNA. Please note that the signatures of Joe Cronin and Joe McCarthy have been deemed clubhouse versions.
