Presented here is a collection of 16 PSA/DNA encapsulated tickets from historic and important moments in the career of Hall of Fame centerfielder and Yankee legend Mickey Mantle. The first ticket is from a Yankees and Tigers game on September 12th, 1953 at Yankee Stadium. In the seventh inning, Mantle crushed a home run over 450 feet into the stands for the 56th longball of his career. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA (15802087). The next ticket, from June 21st, 1955, is from a game where Mantle hit an even longer home run, at 461 feet. This blast was Mantle’s first career homer to dead center. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a VG 3 by PSA/DNA (15844480). The next ticket is from a double header at Yankee Stadium against the Tigers on August 7th, 1955. Mantle hit two homers in Game 2, the 109th and 110th of his career. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a GOOD 2 by PSA/DNA (15727405). The fourth ticket is from Mantle’s 163rd career homer, which came during a home game against the Boston Red Sox on August 14th, 1956. The Yankees won this game 12-2. This stub has been encapsulated and graded an EX 5 by PSA/DNA (22234103). The next ticket stub is from August 28th of the 1956 season, from a 4-0 Yankees victory over the A’s. Mantle hit his 166th homer in this contest. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a VG 3 by PSA/DNA (17134339).

The next ticket in this lot is from Mantle’s 262nd home run game, a 6-4 win over the Tigers on June 13th, 1959. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a GOOD 2 by PSA/DNA (20418753). The seventh ticket in this collection is a proof ticket from the Yankees game against the Indians on September 12th, 1962. Mantle hit his 401st career homer in this game. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded an EX-MT 6 by PSA/DNA (22234102). The eighth ticket is from a double header on May 26th, 1963 against the Washington Senators. Mantle hit his 414th homer in the first game, while his teammate Roger Maris crushed the 197th longball of his career in Game 2. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded an EX-MT 6 by PSA/DNA (22344452). The next ticket is from a game against the Chicago White Sox on June 13th, 1964 that ended 6-3 in favor of the Yankees. Mantle helped the cause with a home run, the 430th of his career. This full ticket has been encapsulated and graded an EX-MT 6 by PSA/DNA (18842383). The next two tickets are both from a double header against the Detroit Tigers on July 24th, 1964. Mantle hit his 438th career homer in Game 1. Each ticket has been encapsulated and graded by PSA/DNA, with the first ticket receiving a grade of EX-MT 6 (22234100) and the second ticket receiving a grade of FR 1.5 (22234101). The 12th ticket is from Mickey Mantle’s 2,000th career game, a 4-3 loss in extra innings to the Detroit Tigers. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a PR 1 (MK) by PSA/DNA (17909309).

The penultimate ticket in this lot is from Mantle’s final opening day, a 1-0 victory over the California Angels on April 9th, 1968. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a PR 1 by PSA/DNA (20418755). The final ticket in this lot is from the Yankees 3-2 win against the Senators on September 15th, 1968. Mantle collected his 2,406th and 2,407th of 2,415 career hits in this game. This ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded an EX 5 by PSA/DNA (19650247).
