Offered here is a base used as third base during the first three innings of the New York Mets 2-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds on July 14th, 2007 at Shea Stadium. Tom Glavine started for the Mets, pitching eight innings of one-run ball to earn the 298th victory of his Hall of Fame career. Shawn Green and Lastings Milledge contributed both RBI for the Mets with Billy Wagner recording his 19th save of the season with a perfect ninth. Glavine has signed the top of this base in black marker, writing “Win 298” below his signature. This base comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (BB 544228) and a LOA from Mets-Steiner Collectibles.
