The first jersey, a pullover pinstriped home jersey, was worn by coach Vern Hoscheit in 1987. “Mets” and Hoscheit’s number “51” are sewn on the chest of the jersey in blue and orange tackle twill. “HOSCHEIT” and a second “51” are sewn on the back of the jersey in the same fashion. A Rawlings tag with a “Set 1 1987” flag and a “87 1 51” swatch are sewn on the inside of the jersey. The next jersey was worn by bullpen catcher Rob Dromerhauser in 1988. This pullover pinstriped home jersey has “Mets” and Dromerhauser’s number “54” sewn on the chest in blue and orange tackle twill and “DROMERHAUSER” and a second “54” sewn on the back in the same fashion. A Rawlings tag with an attached “Set 1 1988” tag is sewn on the inside of the jersey. The next jersey, a pinstriped home pullover, was worn by coach Greg Pavlick during the 1988 playoffs. The jersey has “Mets” and Pavlick’s number “52” sewn on the chest in blue and orange tackle twill and “PAVLICK” and a second “52” sewn on the back in the same fashion. A Rawlings size “46” tag and a “P.O. 88 52 2” swatch are sewn inside the jersey.

The fourth jersey in this lot was worn by John Mitchell in 1989. This pullover pinstriped home jersey has “Mets” and Mitchell’s number “43” sewn on the chest in blue and orange tackle twill and “MITCHELL” and a second “43” sewn on the back in the same fashion. A Rawlings size “44” tag and a “43” tag are sewn inside the jersey. A “Set 1 1989” flag is attached to the Rawlings tag. Mitchell has signed the back of this jersey in blue marker. This jersey comes with a COA from Beckett Authentication Services (F63977). The final jersey in this lot is a road pullover jersey worn by Jeff Innis in 1988. “NEW YORK” is sewn on the chest in blue, orange, and white tackle twill while “INNIS” and his number “40” are sewn on the back of the jersey in the same fashion. A Rawlings size “42” tag is sewn on the inside tail of the jersey. A “Set 1 1988” flag is attached to the Rawlings tag. This lot comes with a LOA from noted game used expert Dave Miedema.
