The Senators won the 1933 American League pennant with a record of 99-53, although they were not able to overcome Mel Ott and the New York Giants in the Fall Classic. The signatures on this ball include the Hall of Famers Rick Ferrell and Goose Goslin, while other signatures include Moe Berg, Joe Kuhel, Alvin “General” Crowder, Fred Schulte, Dave Harris, Monte Weaver, Luke Sewell, Roger Peckinpaugh, Nick Altrock, and Cecil Travis. This ball also contains several signatures from additional Senators and other Major League players, such as Chuck Dressen, Sherry Robertson, Pete Appleton, Joe Judge, and George McBride.
