Offered here are five game used bats. The first bat was used by Matt Holliday during the 2017 season while a member of the New York Yankees. Holliday’s Louisville Slugger MH5 model bat displays outstanding game use and has a crack on the handle from the May 29th game when Holliday broke it in the top of the first inning off Baltimore Orioles pitcher Dylan Bundy. There are ball marks, stitch impressions, blue ink transfers and cleat imprints present on the barrel. There is a heavy coating of pine tar on the handle. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13000) and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.5. There is also a LOA from Steiner Sports (253506) and a MLB Authenticated hologram (JC045046).

The second bat in this lot was used by slugger Jose Bautista during the 2006-08 seasons. Bautista’s Louisville Slugger D689 model bat displays excellent use and has crack in the back barrel. There are ball marks and checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel. Bautista’s number “19” is hand written in silver marker on the knob and top barrel and the lower handle has been taped to enhance the grip. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13909). The next bat was used by Vinny Castilla during the 2004 season. Castilla’s Rawlings 460B model bat displays heavy game use and has a crack on the handle. There are ball marks, stitch impressions, blue ink transfers, white leather scuffs and cleat imprints present on the barrel. The handle has been taped in a criss-cross pattern to enhance the grip and there is a heavy coating of pine tar on the handle. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14944).

The fourth bat in this lot was used by Magglio Ordonez during the 1999 season. Ordonez’s Rawlings 456B model bat displays excellent game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, blue ink transfers, along with red bat rack streaks and black streaks from contact with other bats. There is a heavy coating of pine tar on the lower handle and Ordonez’s number “30” is hand written in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15032). The final bat in this lot was used by Luis Gonzalez during the 1997 season. Gonzalez used this Rawlings 256B model bat and it displays heavy game use with a crack on the barrel. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel. There is a moderate coating of pine tar and Gonzalez’s number “26” is written on the knob and top barrel in black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15034).
