Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA. This is one of fifteen examples at its tier among a total of fewer than 100 copies recorded in PSA's census reporting. Desperate to quell the outcry over the release of Bill Ripken's notorious 1989 Fleer "Error" card, the manufacturer came up with several strategies to clean up the offensive language visible on the knob of Ripken's bat. Among the scarcest of these efforts is seen on the item presented here, the card's "Whited Out" version. An elusive – and suitably "G"-Rated! – curiosity piece, in Gem Mint condition.
