Offered here is a collection of seven Official Major League Robert D. Manfred Jr. baseballs used during New York Mets games in 2015. The first ball in this lot was used on May 5th, 2015, during Bartolo Colon’s victory against the Baltimore Orioles. The second ball was used on May 17th, 2015, during Noah Syndergaard’s first MLB win. Syndergaard pitched six innings against the Brewers at home, allowing one earned run in six innings during the Mets 5-1 win. The third baseball was used during Kirk Nieuwenhuis’ three home run game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on July 12th. Nieuwenhuis hit this ball for his first homer of the game, a solo shot of Rubby de la Rosa to lead off the second frame.

The fourth and fifth balls in this lot were used during the Mets game on August 24th against the Phillies. The Mets won this game 16-7 in Philadelphia, setting a new team record with eight homers in the contest. The first ball was used in the top of the second, while the second ball from this game was pitched by Jacob deGrom in the bottom of the second frame. The sixth ball in this lot was used during the Mets victory of the Cincinnati Reds on September 26th, when the Mets clinched the National League East title. The final baseball in this lot was pitched by Erik Goeddel in the top of the eighth inning of the Mets game against the Washington Nationals on October 3rd. Max Scherzer pitched his second no-no of the season against the Mets, striking out 17 batters along the way.
