Beloved broadcaster Dick Enberg was presented this Telly Award in 2011 for his role as a writer and host for the program Life and Times of John Wooden. Enberg, the former play-by-play man for the UCLA Bruins from 1966 to 1977, witnessing first hand the genius of the Wizard of Westwood. This award measures nearly 12 inches tall and is constructed of a dynamic gold angel figure standing atop a cylindrical black pedestal. A plaque affixed to the pedestal reads “2011 Telly Award / Life and Times of / John Wooden / Dick Enberg / Host/Writer”. This award is in good condition, and it comes with a LOA from the Enberg family.
