Graded MINT 9 by BGS. Hall of Famer, in his first NBA trading card appearance. Among more than 710 examples recorded in BGS's census reporting, just three examples have been placed at a higher tier. Many collectors appreciate and enjoy Jordan's 1986/87 Fleer collectible, but this very tough-to-find card was issued two years before Fleer entered the market. And the piece is much more scarce: it's been reported that only 3,000 copies of Jordan's Star Company Rookie Card were produced! Offered here is a stunning specimen that boasts sharp corners and a beautifully focused image of the Chicago Bulls legend. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 8.5, Corners: 9, Edges: 9.5, Surface: 9. A top-quality example, in Mint condition. A similar card with the exact grading recently sold for $36,000.
