Offered here are six Franklin batting gloves worn by Dante Bichette circa 1993. Bichette joined the Colorado Rockies for their inaugural season in 1993, and he proceeded to have the best seven years of his career playing in Colorado. Bichette made four All-Star teams and hit .316 with 201 homers for the Rockies before a trade in October of 1999 sent the West Palm Beach native to Cincinnati for Stan Belinda and Jeffrey Hammonds. These offered batting gloves are all black and white Franklin gloves, with a Franklin logo applied to the top of the hands. Three gloves feature Authentic Diamond Collection tags sewn on the underside of the wrist, while the remaining three feature evidence that the Diamond Collection tag was removed. Two gloves – a right hand and a left hand – have been signed by Bichette in black marker on the top of the wrist strap. Neither of the signed gloves have a Diamond Collection tag. The signed gloves come with a COA from JSA (AA82267, AA82268), while three LOAs from JT Sports authenticate the game use of the gloves in pairs.
