Long-time big leaguer Mickey Vernon carved a successful 20-year career, finishing with a solid .288 batting average and 121 home runs. Vernon used this Hillerich & Bradsby A60 model bat during the 1955-58 seasons when he played for the Washington Senators, Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians. In those four seasons, Vernon batted .291 and averaged 11 home runs and 66 RBI as he approached the age of 40. This bat displays excellent game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks and bat rack streaks present on the barrel. The model number “A60” is stamped on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13914) for the game use.
