Offered in this lot are four game used bats. The first bat was used by Matt Williams during the 2001 season when he was with the Arizona Diamondbacks. This Easton Pro Stix 110 model bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There is checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact on the barrel. Williams’ number “9” is hand written in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13912). The second bat in this lot was used by Andres Galarraga during the 1986-89 seasons. This Louisville Slugger S318 model bat displays heavy game use and has a crack on the handle. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and blue bat rack streaks on the barrel. The handle has been taped over a pad on the middle. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14943).
The third bat in this lot was used by Brad Ausmus during the 1995 season. Ausmus used this Rawlings 556S model bat which is un-cracked and displays heavy game use. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and green bat rack streaks present on the barrel. Ausmus’ number “11” is hand written in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15041). The final bat in this lot was used by Bobby Bonilla in 1990. This Louisville Slugger S318 model bat displays heavy game use and has a crack in the handle and some wood loss due to some scraping on the center brand. There are ball marks, blue bat rack streaks and cleat marks on the barrel. The handle has a moderate coating of pine tar and Bonilla’s number “25” is hand written in black marker on the knob. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15033) and has been graded a solid GU 8.
