Presented is a 48-card complete set of R110 Holloway & Co. "Pirate Treasure" non-sports cards issued in the 1930s. Each of these 1-3/4" x 2-3/4" action-filled cards were produced in three series. This series, distinguished by the slightly smaller size was due to being part of a package design. The cards were perforated for easy removal, and each served as a covering for a small compartment that held a prize. Grades 15% EX to NM, 56% VG to VG/EX, 29% lesser (due to the common back creasing/wrinkling that plagues this issue).
