Hall of Fame center Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was presented with this C.H.S.A.A. Div. I All Divisional Team in 1964, his junior season at Power Memorial Academy. Abdul-Jabbar, then known as Lew Alcindor, was the best high school player in the country in the early 1960’s, winning Mr. Basketball USA in both 1964 and 1965. This trophy measures 8.5 inches tall, with a 3 x 4.5-inch base. A 6.25-inch tall statuette of a basketball player stands on the base. A plaque is affixed to the trophy that reads “C.H.S.A.A. / Div. I / All Divisional Team / 1964”. This item derives directly from Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and a personally hand-signed LOA from Kareem will accompany this item.
