Cleveland Indians dynamo Jose Ramirez wore this white button-down Memorial Day alternate home jersey on May 27th and 28th, 2017, with both games coming against Cleveland’s divisional foes, the Kansas City Royals. In the first game, a 5-1 Cleveland loss at Progressive Field, Ramirez finished 1-4. In the second game, Ramirez broke out for three hits in five at-bats, with a double and two runs scored in the Tribe’s rampant 10-1 victory. Josh Tomlin pitched a complete game to earn Cleveland’s 25th win of the season.

Ramirez was one of the best players in baseball during the 2017 season, putting up a Triple Crown slash line of .318/29/83 with 17 steals and a MLB-best 56 doubles. Ramirez finished third in the 2017 American League MVP voting, a feat he would replicate at the end of the 2018 season.

This Memorial Day alternate FlexBase jersey has “Indians” sewn across the chest in green tackle twill. A green tackle twill “C” and a Majestic logo are sewn on the left sleeve, while a green bar with five stars is sewn on the right sleeve. “RAMIREZ” is sewn across the back shoulders in navy tackle twill over a matching white nameplate. A green MLB logo patch is sewn on the back outside collar, while Ramirez’s number “11” is sewn on the back of the jersey in green and navy tackle twill. A Majestic size “44” tag is applied to the front left tail. This FlexBase jersey features ventilated mesh sides and a mesh back tail. A large dirt stain is present on the chest.
