Offered here is a cut signed by Jackie Robinson displayed in a 27 x 21-inch frame. Robinson, the most important player in Major League history, broke MLB’s color line with his Dodgers debut on April 15th, 1947. Within two years, Robinson was the National League MVP and an integral part of a Dodgers team that reached six World Series in Robinson’s decade-long career. Robinson retired after the 1956 season rather than accept a trade away from the Dodgers, and in 1962 he was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame alongside Bob Feller. This offered cut has been signed by Robinson in blue pen. Robinson inscribed “Best Wishes” above his signature. The cut has been encapsulated and graded by Beckett Authentication Services (0010226321). The cut is displayed alongside three photographs of Robinson in a 27 x 21-inch frame.
