Mike Trout was on his way to his second MVP Award when he used this bat during a three-game stretch. Photo matched to the three games, The Angels star, who was batting well above .300 at the time, went 1-for-1 in the June 12 game against Cleveland, then 1-for-4 and 1-for-3 including a double against the Twins on June 13 and 14. The Old Hickory MT27* model bat is un-cracked and shows outstanding use. Numerous ball marks with stitch impressions are found on the barrel along with white leather ball scuffs and blue ink transfers. The impression of a weighted batting donut is visible as well as cleat imprints and the left and back barrel. The handle has been taped in a spiral of Lizard Skins tape to enhance the grip and a moderate coat of pine tar applied to the upper handle. To top off this exquisite Trout gamer, the Angels superstar has signed the barrel in silver marker with “16 G/U.” The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16073) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10. Additionally, there is a LOA from Anderson Authentics for the game use and signature (3264).
