Kelvin Martin wore this offered Dallas Cowboys navy road jersey circa 1987-89. Martin, a graduate of Boston College, played wide receiver and special teams for the Cowboys from 1987 to 1992, and again in 1996. Martin caught five passes for 103 yards in his rookie season, before grabbing 622 receiving yards in 1988 and 644 in 1989. This pullover Cowboys jersey has Martin’s number “83” applied to the chest, back, and shoulders in gray and white. “MARTIN” is screen-printed across the back shoulders in white lettering over a matching blue nameplate. Two gray and white stripes are applied to the end of each sleeve. A Russell Athletic size “44” tag is sewn on the front left tail. This jersey shows light wear and comes with a LOA from the noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.

Also included in this lot is a gray Cowboys helmet signed by Martin. This size 7 1/8 helmet has the Cowboys iconic star logo applied to each side and a gray facemask with the chinstrap attached. Martin has signed the helmet in blue marker and inscribed “#83”. This helmet comes with a LOA from JSA (Z67414).
