The Hall of Fame centerfielder Kirby Puckett wore this Minnesota Twins dugout jacket circa 1985-87. Puckett, a rookie in 1984, had a solid sophomore campaign in 1985 before breaking out in a .328/31/96 season with 119 runs scored in 1986 for the Twins. His 31 longballs would prove to be a career-high for Puckett, although he challenged that number with 28 homers in 1987. Puckett made the American League All-Star team in 1986 and 1987 and won both the Gold Glove and Silver Slugger in each season. Puckett retired after the 1995 season and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame on his first ballot in 2001. This zip-up dugout jacket is navy, with “K. Puckett” and his number “34” sewn on the right breast in white. A Twins logo is sewn on the left side of the chest. Puckett has signed the chest of this jacket in silver marker. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (Z67246) for the signature and a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the use.
