Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker wore this purple Suns jersey during six games in the 2016-17 NBA season. The former Kentucky standout first wore this jersey for the first time on December 19th, 2016 against the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center in Minneapolis. Booker dropped 18 points, with three dimes and two rebounds, in the Suns 115-108 road loss. Booker’s next game in this jersey came the day after Christmas, when the Grand Rapids native went for 16 points, four rebounds, and two assists in the Suns 131-115 loss to the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center. Two days later, on December 28th, Booker wore the jersey during the Suns 119-98 road defeat to the San Antonio Spurs.

Entering the new year, Booker donned this purple road jersey during the Suns 102-95 win against the Dallas Mavericks on January 5th, 2017. Booker scored 22 points in the Suns victory while shooting a perfect three-for-three from three-point range. Booker’s fifth game in this jersey came on February 8th, 2017 at the FedEx Forum during the Suns 110-91 loss to the Grizzlies. Booker scored 20 points with three dimes in this Western Conference matchup. Booker’s final game in this jersey took place at the Toyota Center, for a second matchup with the Rockets. Booker contributed 18 points for the Suns in their 133-102 loss to James Harden and the Rockets.

Later in the 2016-17 season, Booker became the youngest player in NBA history to score 70 points in a game with his unprecedented scoring outburst against the Boston Celtics on March 24th, 2017. Booker shot 21-40 from the field to go with a 24-26 effort from the charity stripe, while also contributing eight boards, six assists, and three steals for the up-and-coming Suns. Booker improved his scoring average in his sophomore season by almost nine points per game, averaging 22.1 points compared to 13.8 in his first season.

This offered purple Suns road jersey has “PHOENIX” applied across the chest in white and orange lettering above a white applique. Booker’s number “1” is sewn on the chest and back in orange mesh over purple tackle twill. “BOOKER” is sewn across the back of the jersey in white tackle twill below a NBA logo patch.
