The Hall of Famer Tony Perez wore this blue Montreal Expos jacket circa 1978, his second of three seasons with the Canadian ballclub. Perez continued to rake with the Expos, hitting 14 homers with 78 RBI and a .290 batting average during the 1978 campaign. In his three years with Montreal, Perez averaged 15 homers and 81 RBI per season with a .281 batting average. Perez retired after spending the 1984 through 1986 seasons with the Reds, his first MLB ballclub. Perez was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2000.

This collared, zip-up jacket has the Expos “M” logo sewn on the left chest in white, red, and blue tackle twill over “expos” sewn on the jacket in white tackle twill. Perez’s number “24” is sewn on the left sleeve in red and white tackle twill. “PEREZ” is sewn across the back shoulders in white and red tackle twill. A Wilson size “46” tag is sewn in the back inside collar. This jacket comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
