Detroit Tigers first baseman Cecil fielder wore this white Tigers home jersey during the 1993 MLB season. Fielder crushed 30 dingers in 1993, adding 117 RBI and a healthy .267 batting average for the 85-77 Tigers under manager Sparky Anderson. The Los Angeles native finished his career with 319 home runs, the same number as his son Prince. This button-down Tigers home jersey has Detroit’s Olde English “D” logo sewn on the left chest in navy tackle twill. Navy piping accents the chest and collar of this jersey. “FIELDER” and his number “45” are sewn on the back of the jersey in navy tackle twill. A Russell Athletic size “52” tag with the handwritten initials “JS” is sewn on the front left tail. A “93-45-1-87” tag is sewn just below the Russell tag. Fielder has signed the left chest of the jersey above the “D” logo in black marker. This item comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema and a COA from JSA (CC16969).
