Colorado Rockies star first baseman Todd Helton wore this black batting practice jersey circa 2007. Helton, the 2002 National League batting champion, had an excellent year in 2007 for the 90-73 Rockies. The former University of Tennessee quarterback hit for a .320 batting average with 17 homers and 91 RBI as the Rockies claimed their first National League pennant in franchise history. Today, Helton is a strong candidate for induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame and is the only Rockie with his number retired by the young franchise.

This offered batting practice jersey has “ROCKIES” applied to the chest in silver, purple, and yellow. The back features Helton’s number “17” applied in gray and purple below a MLB logo patch. This pullover batting practice jersey has a Majestic tag applied to the front left tail, with “Cool Base” and size “50” flags attached to the left side of the jersey. The mesh side panels on this batting practice pullover are purple under the arms and white down the sides. This jersey comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
