Offered in this lot is a ticket to the New York Yankees 4-1 victory over the California Angels on April 30th, 1967 at Yankee Stadium. This game, the first of a doubleheader, ended on Mickey Mantle’s walk-off, three-run homer off Minnie Rojas in the bottom of the tenth inning. This was the 498th home run of Mantle’s career, and his second of the 1967 season. Mantle finished this game 2-4 with a double, three RBI, a walk, and a run scored. Whitey Ford started for the Yankees, throwing seven innings of one run ball before ceding the mound to Hal Reniff, and the eventual winner Dooley Womack. This offered ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded a VG-EX 4 by PSA (16540704).
