Offered here is a ticket from the September 20th, 1966 game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Los Angeles Dodgers at Dodger Stadium. Sandy Koufax took the hill for the Dodgers, making his final regular season appearance at Dodger Stadium against Chris Short of the Phillies. Koufax hurled a gem, going the distance while allowing five base hits and one run in the Dodgers 11-1 win. This was Koufax’s 25th of 27 wins on the season and he helped his own cause with an RBI single in the seventh frame. Willie Davis homered for the home team, while Wes Parker plated four runs and Ron Fairly knocked in three. This offered ticket stub has been encapsulated and graded an EX 5 by PSA (19677620).
