Hall of Famer. This unique booklet represents a stellar tribute to Joseph Michael "Ducky" Medwick (1911-1975). As noted in the booklet's text, the 10-time All-Star won the 1937 N.L. MVP Award while putting together a Triple Crown season. The booklet incorporates a very sharp, neatly scripted ink cut signature, as well as a stylized "Triple Crown" die-cut revealing game used jersey material. An outstanding "One of One" collectible, showing pack-fresh display quality.
Panini's "National Treasure" booklets stand among the hobby's most cherished autograph/memorabilia cards. The items consist of two panels separated by a decorative binding that allows the assembly to be once-folded to standard, single-card size. A statement on the booklet's back asserts Panini's guarantee of genuineness for the vintage components, and serves as the item's COA.
