Detroit Pistons lefty small forward Tayshaun Prince wore these Nike Shox sneakers during the 2006-07 NBA season. Prince, a gangly three-and-d wing out of Kentucky, averaged 14.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game for the 53-29 Pistons. Detroit advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2006-07, where they had the deep misfortune of facing a locked-and-loaded, LeBron James led Cleveland Cavaliers. These offered Nike shoes are in a Pistons colorway of white, blue, and red, with “TP” and Prince’s number “22” embroidered in blue on each shoe. Each size 14 shoe has a blue and red Nike swoosh applied to the outside of the foot and a white Nike swoosh applied to the tongue. Prince has signed the toe of each shoe in black marker. These shoes originate from the personal memorabilia collection of Tyronn Lue, who was gifted the shoes by Prince after a game. These shoes also come with a pair of COAs from JSA (DD03886, DD03887). Please note that Tyronn Lue is donating 100% of his proceeds from the sale of this item to the United Methodist Church of Mexico, Missouri.
