The Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen wore this pair of Nike Air Pippen III shoes during NBA action. Pippen, a member of the insurmountable Chicago Bulls dynasty of the 1990’s, averaged 16.1 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 2.0 steals per game across his 17-season career. The former University of Central Arkansas star was the perfect foil on the Bulls for Michael Jordan, and perhaps the only member of the Chicago dynasty that could match Jordan’s manic intensity on the court. In 2010, Pippen was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. These offered Nike Air Pippen III shoes are white with blue accents and a black Nike swoosh applied to the outside of each shoe. Pippen’s facsimile signature is stamped on the inside of each foot while “Pippen” is applied to the heel in silver. The shoes are both size 16. Pippen has signed each shoe in black marker, signing the left shoe on the toe and the right shoe on the inside of the foot. These shoes originate from the personal memorabilia collection of Tyronn Lue, who was gifted the shoes by Pippen after a game. The shoes come with a LOA from Lue and a LOA from JSA (Z59968). Please note that Tyronn Lue is donating 100% of his proceeds from the sale of this item to the United Methodist Church of Mexico, Missouri.
