The future Hall of Famer Tim Duncan wore this pair of Nike Air Max Duncan sneakers during the 2000-01 NBA season. The former Wake Forest star put up a double-double of 22.2 points and 12.2 rebounds per game in 2000-01, leading Gregg Popovich’s Spurs to a 58-24 record and a spot in the Western Conference Finals. Duncan made his third of 15 career All-Star Games in 2000-01, successfully leading the Spurs into the post “Twin Towers” era. These offered Nike Air Max Duncan sneakers are size 16, with a black Nike Elastic Foot Web exoskeleton surrounding the shoe. A Nike Air Max logo is applied to each tongue and “Duncan” is etched on each heel. Duncan has signed both shoes in black marker, inscribing “Spurs” on each shoe. These shoes originate from the personal memorabilia collection of Tyronn Lue, who was gifted the shoes by Duncan after a game. These sneakers come with a LOA from Lue and a LOA from JSA (Z59997). Please note that Tyronn Lue is donating 100% of his proceeds from the sale of this item to the United Methodist Church of Mexico, Missouri.
