Offered here are two signed Indiana Pacers jersey. The first jersey is a white Paul George home game jersey from the 2014-15 NBA season. George, returning from a gut-wrenching leg injury suffered the previous summer on international duty with the United States, played six games at the end of the season for the Pacers as he eased back in to basketball action. George played between 14 and 17 minutes in each of his six games, averaging 8.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in his emotional return. This jersey is white, with “PACERS” applied to the chest in navy and yellow. George’s number “13” is sewn on the chest and back in navy mesh over yellow tackle twill. “GEORGE” is sewn across the back shoulders in navy tackle twill below a NBA logo patch. An Adidas size “L” tag with an attached “Length +2”” flag is sewn on the front left tail. George has signed the back of this jersey in black marker.
The second item in this lot is a Pacers road jersey signed by Jermaine O’Neal. O’Neal has signed the “7” digit on the back of this size “XL” jersey in black marker, inscribing “To my n***a Ty Lue” in black marker. Each jersey in this lot originates from the personal memorabilia collection of Tyronn Lue, who was gifted the jerseys by O’Neal and George. Lue has provided a LOA for both jerseys, stating that to the best of his knowledge the jerseys were game issued and possibly game used, but he cannot confirm game use because the jerseys were not taken off the backs of George and O'Neal when presented to him. The George jersey comes with a LOA from JSA (Z19453) and the O’Neal jersey comes with a COA from JSA (DD17392). Please note that Tyronn Lue is donating 100% of his proceeds from the sale of this item to the United Methodist Church of Mexico, Missouri.
