This isn’t just a home run attributed bat, but one that made history at baseball’s most hallowed ball park: Yankee Stadium. On August 13, 2005, A-Rod hit a tremendous blast off Toronto’s Juan Dominguez, which cleared the left field wall. The shot was measured at 520 feet, one of the longest ever hit in Yankee Stadium and was Rodriguez’s 415th career home run. The Louisville Slugger P72 model bat shows tremendous game use and has been signed by Rodriguez in silver pen. The inscription reads “2005 Game Used 8-13-05 HR #34 Longest HR in Yankee Stadium”, and a photo of the slugger signing this bat is reproduced on the LOA. This bat comes with a signed LOA from Alex Rodriguez for the game use and signature.
