Presented are both of the two complete, 12-card sets of E-Unc "Battleships" non-sports stamps produced by Sen-Sen Chiclet Co. in the late 1910s/1920s. These obscure cards are considered uncatalogued, as they were not included in the 1960 version of the ACC (American Card Catalog). The obverse sides of these blank-backed items feature glossy photo images and brightly colored surrounding graphics. The pieces are perforated in the same manner as stamps, and, as the backs of these stamps carry an adhesive, they are typically found with instances of adhered paper to the reverse (or display missing paper stock). Some of the fronts concede a minor speck of paper loss, a nominal fault that is unobtrusive in nature. Generally, a mostly pleasing EX to NM (balance is lesser) presentation quality throughout. These fascinating collectibles seldom emerge, and they're virtually never available in this very desirable, complete-set form. As a point of reference on value, a lesser-conditioned complete set of these sold for nearly $215 in Goldin Auctions' June 2018 sale. Total: 24 cards.
