Offered in this lot are two connected seats from Yankee Stadium. These blue seats are constructed of metal and wood, with the numbers “1” and “2” painted on the highest slat of the chairs. A plaque is affixed to the chair numbered “1” that reads “Authentic Stadium Seat / Yankee Stadium / Home of the New York Yankees 1923-Present / Bronx New York” and “Babe Ruth’s 60th Home Run – September 30, 1927 / Don Larsen’s Perfect World Series Game – October 8, 1956 / Roger Maris’ 61st Home Run – October 1, 1961 / 25 World Series Championships”. These chairs are in good condition and would make an outstanding display piece for any Yankee fan!
