Offered in this lot is a white San Antonio Spurs home jersey worn by the future Hall of Famer Tim Duncan during the 2001-02 season in which he averaged 25.5 points per game. The fundamentally-sound power forward played 19 seasons for the Spurs, winning five NBA titles and a pair of league MVP awards. Duncan scored 26,496 points in his exemplary career while anchoring the Spurs iconic “Big Three” of Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili. This offered Spurs home jersey is white, with “SPURS” sewn on the chest in gray and black tackle twill. The “U” in “SPURS” is depicted as a cowboy’s riding spur. Duncan’s number “21” is sewn on the chest and back in black and gray tackle twill, while “DUNCAN” is sewn across the back shoulders in black tackle twill. A Nike size “54” tag with an attached “Length +4” flag is sewn on the front left tail. The sides of the jersey are accented in gray and black. An NBA logo patch is sewn on the front left shoulder of this white home jersey while a memorial ribbon patch is sewn on the right shoulder.
