Offered in this lot are three game used bats dating to the early 1950s and feature three players from the Philadelphia Athletics. The first bat is a Hillerich & Bradsby G69 model bat used by Alex Kellner during the 1953 season. This bat displays moderate to heavy game use with a crack on the handle. There slight checking on the back barrel. The second bat was used by Pete Suder circa 1951-54. This Hillerich & Bradsby S2 model bat displays outstanding game use with a crack on the handle. The final bat in this lot is a Hillerich & Bradsby V27 model bat used by Elmer Valo during the 1951-54 seasons. This bat displays heavy game use with a crack on the handle that has been secured by nails. All of the bats come with individual LOAs from PSA/DNA (1B18034 – Valo, 1B18035 – Kellner & 1B18036 – Suder).
