In the history of baseball, not many players can even come close to compiling the resume of Mickey Mantle, one of the true giants in his sport. An all-time great, Mantle won three Most Valuable Player Awards (finishing runner-up in three other seasons) and was also a Triple Crown and Gold Glove winner. Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1974, Mantle was a seven-time World Series champion with the New York Yankees, hitting 18 career Series home runs. He finished his career with 536 home runs, 1,676 runs scored and 1,509 RBIs, with a remarkable lifetime on-base percentage of .421.
Offered here is a Mickey Mantle Limited Edition 18K gold watch featuring a photo of Mantle in his Yankees uniform on the face. “SWISS MADE” appears at the bottom. A facsimile of Mantle’s signature appears on the back of the watch, as well as the number 189 and an 18K GOLD mark. The band is marked “GENUINE LEATHER” and includes another facsimile of Mantle’s signature. This item, which weighs approximately 34.3 grams, includes the original wood box.
