Shea Stadium in Queens saw many great events over the 44-year history of the stadium. From the Beatles, the New York Mets (1964-2008) and the New York Jets (1964-1983), Shea Stadium will always have a place in New Yorkers’ hearts. Offered are two full seats from Shea Stadium. These orange vinyl seats with tan-colored metal arm rests are numbered “1” and “2” and show wear from use. Anchored together, the seats measure 41 inches long, 28 inches high and are 15 inches deep (with the seats folded up). These seats were in the stadium when it closed for good after the Mets final game on September 28, 2008.
