Cubs hero Ryne Sandberg used this bat during the 1984 and 1985 seasons. Of course, 1984 was the season he led the Cubs to their first post-season since anyone could remember, winning the NL MVP honors along the way. Ryno’s Louisville Slugger B267 model bat is un-cracked and shows outstanding use. There are three abrasions on the left barrel which have been professionally repaired. These repairs have obscured any game use that was once present in this area. Sandberg’s number “23” is been written on the knob in black marker and the Cubs superstar has signed the barrel in black marker. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B14337) for the game use and a LOA from PSA/DNA (B56620) for the signature.
