Bobby Bonds spent the first seven seasons of his career with the San Francisco Giants and wore this black batting helmet circa 1974, his last season with the Giants. This size 7 3/8 American Baseball Cap helmet has the interlocking “SF” logo sticker in orange on the front. Bonds’ number “25” is on the back. The style of the numbering dates this helmet to the 1974 season and photos show the numbers from that season being white. The numbers on this helmet have been painted orange, with the original white showing. The inside has a brown leather headband padding with no center pad. This helmet displays heavy use and comes with a LOA from MEARS (315262) for the game use.
