Nicknamed “Big Poison”, Hall of Famer Paul Waner spent most of years with the Pittsburgh Pirates, where the 1927 National League MVP, a four-time all-star and three-time NL batting champion. Waner retired following the 1945 season and finished his career with 3,152 hits. This offered Official National League Warren Giles stamped baseball has been signed by Waner on the sweet spot in black pen. The signature is in excellent condition with the ball displaying minor toning with additional staining that does not affect the signature. This ball comes with a LOA from JSA for Waner’s signature. Please note that JSA has determined that "It appears that this baseball was shellacked at one time, and it has since been removed".
