Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun wore this Wilson A2K1799 fielder’s glove during his National League MVP-winning 2011 season. Braun led the Brew Crew to their first division title in 29 years, combining with Prince Fielder, Corey Hart, and Rickie Weeks to lead the Brewers to a 96-win season and an appearance in the National League Championship Series. Braun defeated Matt Kemp in the MVP race, doubling up the Dodgers outfielder on first place votes, with a Triple Crown slash line of .332/33/111 with 33 stolen bases and 38 doubles. Braun was a vacuum in the outfield as well, committing only a single error all season while turning two double plays, recording eight outfield assists, and fielding at a .996 percentage.
This offered Wilson A2K1799 fielder’s glove is black and brown, with a pair of Wilson logos sewn on the wrist and thumb slot. “RYAN BRAUN” is embroidered in yellow on the thumb while “A2K” is embroidered in yellow on the back of the index finger slot. A MLB logo is embroidered on the back of the pinky slot. Braun has signed the thumb of the glove in black marker, inscribing “#8” and “G/U 2011” in addition to his signature. This glove comes with a LOA from MEARS and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication Services.
