Former infielder Scott Rolen used this Mizuno Pro model fielder’s glove during his first stint in the Majors with the Philadelphia Phillies. Rolen was called up late in the 1996 season and made his debut with the Phillies on August 1st. This glove displays outstanding game use with substantial wear seen in the pocket, face of the web and throughout the body of the glove. The webbing is a Tartan basket web with a tri-stitched palm hinge. The glove itself is made of Mizuno’s top grade tanned “Retro” leather that is bound with tanned rawhide laces. “S. Rolen” is embroidered in gold along the outside of the outer thumb. The Mizuno “M” patch is sewn on in black and gold on the outer wrist strap. This glove comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1G00456) for the game use.
