Offered is a signature and inscription from Baseball Hall of Famer Mickey Mantle on an Official American League Bobby Brown baseball. Mantle has signed his name in black pen on the sweet spot and has inscribed “Hi Opal Sure Miss Seeing You.” in blue pen above the sweet spot. Mantle, born in Oklahoma, was a star football, basketball and baseball player at Commerce (Oklahoma) High School before gaining national prominence with the New York Yankees for 18 Major League baseball seasons.
