During a 16-year Yankee career, Whitey Ford amassed 236 wins, including an incredible 25 – 4 Cy Young Award winning season in 1961. Ford was elected into the Hall of Fame in 1974.
The 42” x 31” Leroy Nieman limited edition print on canvas captures the efficacy of Ford’s motion as he releases the ball toward the batter.
On the lower edge of the print, Ford has signed in pencil to the left, the serigraph number (125/175) is written at center, and Nieman signed on the right. The print is held in a 42” x 53” blue wooden frame with white matting.
Ford and Niemans signatures haves been certified by a COA from Knoedler Publishing and have also been pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
