Led by quarterback Tom Brady, the Michigan Wolverines finished the 1998 football season with an overall record of 10-3 (7-1 in the Big Ten), including a 45-31 victory over Arkansas in the Citrus Bowl. Brady threw for 2,427 yards, completing 61.9% of his passes. Anthony Thomas rushed for 761 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Presented here is a Herff Jones 10K gold 1998 Michigan Wolverines football Big 10 champions ring, featuring the letter “M” on a large blue colored stone. “BIG TEN 1998 CHAMPIONS” is proudly displayed in raised relief work around the stone, with small CZs also appearing. One side of the ring is centered by an image of an enamel team helmet, with the name “ANDERSON” above and “DOCTOR” below. The opposite side reads “BACK TO BACK” below an image of the team’s home stadium. The inside of the band – which shows wear – includes manufacturer and 10K marks.  This ring is an approximate size 10 and weighs approximately 39.1 grams.
