Chipper Jones’ fourth season in the majors saw him batting a nice .313 with 34 home runs for the post-season-bound Braves. Chipper’s 1998 Rawlings MS20 model bat shows awesome game use. The barrel shows several tremendous ball marks that include stitch impressions, ink transfers and white leather scuffs. The handle has a heavy coat of pine tar and the knob and barrel ends have Jones’ number “10” in black marker. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in black marker, completing this museum-ready gamer. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B17645) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9 and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
