Offered is a lot of two Reggie Jackson and C. C. Sabathia New York Yankees game used, team issued jackets. The first item in this lot is a Reggie Jackson game-worn and team-issued Yankees jacket, worn by the Hall of Fame slugger in the dugout during his tenure in New York from 1977 to 1981. The seven-button snap, navy-blue jacket has a white interlocking “NY” logo patch sewn on in double tackle twill on the left side chest. A red, white and blue felt Yankees logo patch is on the left sleeve. The ribbed collar, wrist and waistband are in blue and white. Inside the collar is a white satin patch inscribed “Jax 44” in black marker. Jackson helped New York win four American League East divisional pennants, three American League pennants and two consecutive World Series titles, from 1977 to 1981.This item comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic (236153).

The second item in this lot is a C. C. Sabathia game-worn and team-issued New York Yankees jacket. The navy-blue polyester jacket has a navy-blue polyester fleece lining, and “NEW YORK” sewn on across the chest in gray and white tackle twill. There is a blue metal zipper down the front of the jacket, which has gray accents on the sides. A red, white and blue felt Yankees logo patch is on the left sleeve, and a white Majestic logo is sewn on the right sleeve. There is a white and gray MLB logo below the back collar. Inside the collar is a white sticker with black number “52” on the label. Sabathia pitched for the Yankees from 2009 to 2019, helping them win the 2009 World Series. Sabathia led Major League Baseball in wins in both 2009 and 2010 and won a World Series ring in 2009. He was also voted the 2009 American League Championship Series Most Valuable Player. On April 30, 2019, he became the 17th pitcher in MLB history to reach 3,000 strikeouts and only the third left-hander to do so (joining Randy Johnson and Steve Carlton).
